Since it was founded in 1983, ADWYA Laboratories has been committed to providing its patients with high-quality, effective products and services in line with regulatory requirements and the values that our company stands for: integrity, humility, compliance and respect for everyone.
To achieve this, a rigorous quality management system has been put in place, tailored to the specific characteristics of each product and service.
The diversity of the tasks we have to perform and the size of our workforce make it essential to develop a collective intelligence. Quality is everyone’s responsibility.
That’s why the quality policy described in our Quality Manual governs every step taken by our employees at every level of ADWYA.

The diversity of the tasks we have to perform and the size of our workforce make it essential to develop a collective intelligence. Quality is everyone’s responsibility.
That’s why the Quality Policy described in our Quality Manual governs every step taken by our employees at every level of ADWYA.
Our Quality Policy is based on a number of principles:
- Compliance with regulations: Good Manufacturing Practices are our benchmark. We are committed to complying with them in order to guarantee totally safe, high-performance products that meet our customers’ expectations;
- Compliance with the prerogatives defined in the marketing authorisation dossiers. We are aware of our responsibility in terms of public health, and we have a duty to respect our commitments to the health authorities;
- Respect for the environment and pollution prevention;
Our quality management system is based on continuous improvement and quality risk management, based on :
- Training and raising staff awareness of Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality.
- Upgrading our facilities and equipment: Modern, digitised data management gives us total control over progress in the development, production and marketing of our products.
Conducting internal audits, implementing action plans, planning management reviews and monitoring our performance using indicators.
In order to achieve these objectives and to support the laboratories in their desire to implement the quality management system, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all the actions undertaken.
In this context, I give my full support to the Quality Initiative.
The individual commitment of each member of the ADWYA team, whatever their position, as well as collective motivation and ambition, are essential if we are to succeed in this process of continuous improvement in the service we provide to the scientific community over the long term.
